Nick Beehoo
Surveyor / Managing Director
The Head Surveyor, Nick provides site surveys of domestic and commercial properties to diagnose cause of water ingress to include rising, penetrating damp and condensation. Report writing to include specifications, site supervision and issuing completion certificates. Further aspects such as site safety assessment, COSH, method statement and health and safety as well as the day-to-day running of a busy contracting company.
Nick holds a range of qualifications including:
a HNC in Construction Technology, an AssocRICS qualification and as such is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, he is also qualified as a Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) which covers the identification of the source of damp and timber problems and the diagnosis to include specifications and supervising the remedial work.
In addition, Nick also holds a CSSW which is Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing, and has a BPEC qualification in diagnosis of condensation problems and the specification and resolving problems.
Glynn Parrish
contracts manager
Glynn is an NVQ qualified in hard plastering who has worked for British Waterproofing for over 20 years and has 25 years of experience in the remedial industry. He has completed training in damp and timber remedial treatments, installation of cavity drainage basement waterproofing systems and general remedial building work.

Our condensation control fans are installed by our NICEIC approved electrician who has been working for British Waterproofing for over 10 years and has qualified with Bpec in domestic ventilation installation.
